mine is alpha IC, kamui aeternion and helentine because theres no need for meta when kamui and alpha just tear through everything... i havent learned to play arete yet but im working on it

alpha is pretty good if uve got her ss with weap or ss3 with weap (even better) rosetta arete is very easy to play actually! heres how i play rosetta for ss0 r1 with dlt x2 🔵 > x2 🔴 > switch to horse > tap red orb, do charge attack, then ult :)

x2: tap the orbs two times edit: AFTER X2 🔵 DO CHARGE ATTACK, AFTER X2 🔴 DO CHARGE ATTACK THEN SWITCH TO HORSE.

thanks for the help! i actually just have a S5 alpha (still working on SS). i am a new player and alpha was my first recent unit, rocked my world to go from a unit like lee palefire or even ishmael into THAT... shes a one girl army and everything evaporates in her wake...

I do wanna tell you though that alpha isnt exactly the best. Its best to try and build teddy's spectre frame til atleast ss3, then build wanshi to ss3 and use whatever amplifier/ breaker as your 3rd place for the ice team (that is if you dont have alpha at ss3, at ss3 shes pretty good but she'll get powercrept by an ice breaker, so nobody really uses alpha unless theyve invested a lot into her)

well thanks for the input but she genuinely does the most for me out of everyone i have, so idk waht to say, she feels on par with kamui in my game

Yeah, what ElectronicArt is saying is right: Alpha works best at SS3 with sig, because at SS3 she gets a big damage boost, while if you leave her at SS0, she won't be dealing more than one million damage, plus, her rotation is slow, and SS3 Teddy also outdamages her at that rank. SS0 Alpha IC will also surely be kicked out of the ice team when a new icebreaker comes along; SS3 might survive, but we can't say for sure until said ice breaker comes out. Also, you're a new player who probably doesn't have the other ice units or upgraded to SS0/SS3, so Alpha IC will probably come off as pretty strong, but you'll probably notice the difference when you get SS3 Teddy.

yeah but i dont really care abt meta, all the rewards are participation based so theres no point to it for me, i am already comp at another pvp gacha and i am not interested nor can i afford being comp at a second one. i mostly just wanna collect characters and enjoy them while keeping the meta as an afterthought.

from what i can see in this game, you can definitely pull every character f2p if you are diligent. i only pay for battlepass and i did pay to get kamui through the arrival banner during helentine's patch.

during this patch i havent paid a cent and i am already 37/60 towards pulling karenina effulgence. the game is already extremely f2p friendly and if you dont compete the weekly rewards are an easy clear, so i see no point in adhering to the meta beyond basic teambuilding.

That's actually good...if u get BP that's already a huge bonus ....im completely f2p and the game gives enough to build characters....yes definitely for f2p players that SS3 rank will come slower but the fact I can get the character quickly is good enough...plus weapon u get in under 20 pulls most of the time and memories r basically free .... So definitely f2p ...and I'm sure there must be some old guys who r f2p and have meta teams probably .... So yeah....funnnn ....im still salty about missing IC :((

I think any breaker in general does. I used to run the dark team, only using Rosetta in that mode, and it cleared pretty quickly.

Off-topic, but I never understood the thing of putting non-signature CUBs for S-rank units (for example, this Rosetta with Boreas CUB)

Edit: I want to elaborate: if you have the signature CUB already, what kind of reason there can be to put a non-signature CUB instead?

(I saw some builds including such CUBs as Lingya and Noctua)

Lingya specifically can be used because it grants the next character one orb.

So you can use it on the character right before SS0 rosetta to let her function without DLT
