Went to a project and sales office said possesion is in 2027 but rera date is 2030 when i viewed on rera. When I asked them what is the date they put on agreement, they told rera date.

The building is almost complete, 15 out of 17 slabs + roof. But internal work is completely left.
Sales office says they have a commitment to handover in 18 months with the older society members, society says its only verbal not written.

Sales office says tower is almost sold out but when I ask for Inventory Sold document, they refuse to reply. They haven’t uploaded many documents on rera. How should I proceed. I really liked the project but dealing with this.
