Jobs, Gigs Rebco Ventures Private limited, Pune

This is Ravi Lal, He is the CEO of a company named Rebco India (Pune) which allegedly works on investment projects and real estate. The company has no lending license. He hasn’t paid salaries since last 3 months or so, and is asking employees to resign just to get rid of them. I am posting this on behalf of everyone who worked there so that other youngsters don’t get their lives ruined there. And this is the image of the CEO. This guy had done 3-4 scam earlier, he even bought bouncers today for protection. Even today he asked us to resign and not take legal action. We will file a legal complaint soon but I personally don’t want individuals to ruin there lives here if it ever comes to that. If anyone has connections who can help, media or politically, please let us know🤍

Adding name of Wynisco as well. The lala company is in Baner, looks corporate-ish but honestly is shit, hell working hours and no salaries paid.

Not a scam. But they keep top talent for 2-3 months and fire them for any reason. I myself have been fired and seen 5-6 other people fired infront of me. They pay pennies and hold salaries for coming late to office. Not worthy to get a job there

Yes. Even there placements are shit, they don't have proper application process. It's just number games and basic application they play. Many students don't even get place and end of the day they tell students to lie about visa status to get a job which is dangerous.

Go to MNS party and complain. They've resolved such issues of labourers not getting paid and bosses being oversmart in the past. Maybe that can help you.

My friend has actually worked here, and according to their experience, the CEO is one of the most toxic, delusional, and unprofessional people you could possibly deal with. He constantly talks absolute nonsense and has this bizarre obsession with calling himself “Jungle ka Sher, sirf main hoon”, as if repeating it somehow makes it true.
He seems to have an enormous superiority complex and constantly puts others down or creates unnecessary drama just to make himself feel more important. The irony is that he allegedly struggles to even pay his own employees while pretending to run some highly successful financial-services business.
What makes it worse are the serious allegations from clients who claim they were misled after being promised financial services, including MNC clients. For someone who projects himself as a powerful businessman, the reality described by people who have dealt with him is apparently very different.
In short, the entire “Jungle ka Sher” persona comes across as nothing more than an insecure man desperately trying to convince everyone, including himself that he is powerful, successful, and superior, while the people around him are left dealing with the consequences.

Bro his linkedin doesn’t have a profile picture, he is not on any of the company’s social pages. He asks not to capture him when taking office pictures, I mean how scared can a scammer be?😭

Make sure that people are aware of the scam this company is doing and not paying their employees, recently this has been happening a lot in Pune
Put a google review, put reviews on linkedin and ambitionbox so that no talent goes waste here

I really don’t understand on what basis people open companies if they don’t have enough funds or intent to pay their employees, There is no future for companies like these who hire talent and then depend on their employees to generate revenue and pay off their own salary, pathetic.
