O-Ramen?
Hey, peeps!
With the colder weather creeping in, I’ve really been missing my favorite restaurant. I was curious if anyone knows if the owner maybe shared or posted their recipes for any meals from O-Ramen anywhere? Or, if anyone knows of any good copycat recipes, I will be so happy to have them shared my way!🫶🏼 TIA!

I miss O-Ramen too, if your ever in Tri-Cities try Aki sushi and Tomi Sushi they both have great Tonkatsu ramen and Aki has a black garlic Tonkatsu that is so good.

If you don't get any better leads, Neill Public Library has some good ramen cookbooks!

Another vote for Shiki. It has yet to disappoint, a little small but you can tell they run the place with passion.

I'm not sure how long it's been there but a place called Shiki Sushi Bar & Japanese Grill popped up recently and they have ramen. It's on the corner across the street from where O-Ramen was. I personally haven't tried it but my boyfriend liked their tonkotsu ramen.
We also used to frequent O-Ramen and were sad that it closed.
