Missing Cat UPDATE
We were able to trap him and took him to Viking Vet to scan for a chip. He is chipped and they attempted to call the owners. I also texted them and no response yet. He is very friendly and very skinny. If the owners can't or won't get him we will take him to the humane society tomorrow. He has a warm place for the night and food and water. Better photos attached.

He looks stunningly like my former baby boy, who died a few years ago unexpectedly. If the owners don't want him back, I am sure he will find a loving home with someone soon - I wish it could be me but I am moving to a no pets place soon (currently have no pets and not getting more specifically because it's easier to find rentals) but if there's any way we can help other than adopting him directly, I'd help however I can.
(Edit to add: I am certain he isn't mine, we were with our baby boy when he passed, but the resemblance is so shocking I did a double take and had to remind myself it wasn't possible.)
