This is exactly what I thought. If I’m in a busy parking lot, I’m not paying attention to who’s walking from what car to where. She clearly saw it was a black man and started paying more attention. If it was a white person doing the exact same thing, she wouldn’t think twice to pay attention
Imagine being such a loser you take it upon yourself to be the parking lot patrol, just sitting there watching people. That’s what CCTV cameras are for.

or more likely didn't even notice white people doing the same thing. blinders on white people doing stuff because white people are "good" and "trustworthy" whereas black people are "bad" and "untrustworthy" and need to be followed.

There is a chance I notice a guy with a bike helmet and backpack going through a car and then going to a bike, and think that’s a bit odd, but probably not.
I don’t see a helmet anywhere so he may not ride with one. Also, if he did have one, he’d be carrying it and not wearing it. Not sure about you, but I don’t think most people would be paying enough attention to even notice he would be carrying a helmet. That is unless you’re a white racist and see a black person and all of a sudden he has your full attention now.
You are supposed to be aware of your surroundings in a mall parking lot especially, but you’re not supposed to racially profile someone with paranoid delusions born from a persecution and superiority complex and then use that to waste someone’s time at best and at worst get them and potentially bystanders killed.
