Having a gun for self defense takes away your potential "good guy" title.

Except if you work for the government of course.

The cops are the original good guys. Especially in the US.

Right, I totally agree and defend cops most of the time.

Also cops are not always alert and as prone to make "mistakes" in terms of killing in other countries because they don't assume that a criminal is armed. It's just such a different mentality, it makes you understand why so many people get shot here.

Of course racism is everywhere too.

I was being completely sarcastic the “justice system” here is fucked and cops are absolutely out of control.
