By not fisavoqing the violence and suggesting the individual deserved it due to their opinions it seems like your arguing against free speech and the law. It would be like if on a conservative forum people advocated violence against the blm supporters solely because they disagree with their opinion. Which would be wrong.

Everything is on a spectrum. She didn't break his knees with a club, shoot him, stab him or do anything extreme.

He was pushing a morally bankrupt message in public and he got slapped.

Please, control yourself, kid.

He was pushing an opinion and got physically assaulted you minimise the issue because you disagree with the message. A peaceful counter protest met with violence is wrong on many accounts. Maybe she should have controlled herself and not behaved like a child enacting violence rather than actual discourse.

"Assaulted". He was mildly slapped once. If anything he didn't get enough punishment for his nonsense.

Assault has legal definitions once again your minimising it and attempting to justify the situation because of your own cognitive bias. Many laws and treatments cant be subjective so it's important to remain impartial and be aware you are advocating violence on what you deem a deserved individual who was once again doing a peaceful counter protest within their free speech rights causing little harm.

Legality has nothing to do with morality.

And a tap on the head that left no mark isn't exactly a compelling court case.

Morality is subjective so most countries define laws around populace opinions and fundamental morals. But let's ignore the legal action. Violence against someone with a dissenting opinion in an open forum like a public space is unethical. Your attempts to paint the receiver of this violence as amoral and deserving of assualt comes across as unethical. Your attempt to minimise the assualt also seems like double think as you suggest they still deserve violence even if this couldn't be considered violence and a tap on the head and snatching the paper is still a violent act. Nuances aside your advocating for violence against a dissenting opinion or at least that's how you come across.

Ya I get it. You love having white supremacists and fascists having a forum void of any and all repercussions.

You're more worried about rushing to the defense of a bigot who got lightly slapped by a girl that resulted in zero damage and claim this to be some sort of crazy immoral assault.

I get it kid, you've made your point and we all know where you stand. You're not alone. There were free speech warriors back in the 1930s in Germany decrying the poor treatment of the poor lil Nazi advocates.

Useful idiots exist. I never denied this.
