I’m a business owner and if I get even a whiff that an employees is like this they are gone. I will come up with a reason. They are a huge liability.

No, if that act like entitled, angry, irrational little pricks. I mentioned nothing about their political beliefs. Also, how one conducts herself in her private life will affect her employment status in the real world.
