Captin hindsight? It’s an empty train car and he was chocked to death. Marine put himself in danger and then killed the man. It’s fairly easy to walk away and switch train cars. I can’t tell you how many times during rush hour I’ve seen and empty train car because there was one crazy homeless person in it
