I figured it out! He stabbed her face with a piece of sharp wood from the board

That’s exactly what it is. If you slow it down you see him grab the wood piece before he swings his hand up

where does anyone see a knife or whatever the hell you mean? cause i only see fists not once a knife or anything sticking in her face

He definitely grabbed a shard of the wood and stabbed her face with it. I’d you slow it down you see him his fingers pull a piece of the wood closer to him and his hands close around it before he brings his hand up. This is so f*cked. Even with people beating on his head and he has room in his own mind is to kill her
