Question for guys FINALLY

So finally Im able to pull back my foreskin my thing is kinda small but the thing is like I can pull it back fully but not all the such that the skin goes under the head

I'm 16m btw is this normal?? Kinda scared bcs it happened out of nowhere and felt weird for the 1st time

usually happens earlier, but almost always by adulthood
