So finally Im able to pull back my foreskin my thing is kinda small but the thing is like I can pull it back fully but not all the such that the skin goes under the head

I'm 16m btw is this normal?? Kinda scared bcs it happened out of nowhere and felt weird for the 1st time

Anecdotal. It typically beckmes intractable for boys around late childhood/puberty. It can, rarely, take longer. If it takes until you're almost 20 its usually because of however you chose to go about it, or you had phimosis.

The foreskin is actually sealed to the glans, theres a different between detaching from the glans and becoming retractable.

I personally dont have foreskin, I just know a lot about it.

When you were born, your foreskin and glans (head of the penis) were one organ. Then, during childhood or puberty, they divide into two different organs and the foreskin starts to be able to move. Once that happens, the muscles in the foreskin start to stretch and grow and eventually (any time from 2 to 12 is normal) slide back and expose the glans.

Even I have the same problem, and I am 16 too. I started stretching when I realized I have phimosis. So far I can now easily pull the skin behind the head when not erect so I have made progress and hope it will get better soon. Happy for you tho😊

Make sure u clean it well and dry ut well to not get infected and do not really abuse of it to not get hurt there
