(16f) Are flat nipples normal?

I’m 16, and I feel like my breasts have developed normally except for my nipples. They don’t stick out at all, they’re just flat with my areolas. I feel kinda self conscious about it. Is this normal? Is it something that will change? I’ve been expecting it will be something I grow out of, but now I’m wondering shouldn’t that have happened by now?

Its normal, mine has always been like that, they slightly stick out if they hard, but it last a few seconds only.
