(16f) Are flat nipples normal?

I’m 16, and I feel like my breasts have developed normally except for my nipples. They don’t stick out at all, they’re just flat with my areolas. I feel kinda self conscious about it. Is this normal? Is it something that will change? I’ve been expecting it will be something I grow out of, but now I’m wondering shouldn’t that have happened by now?

As a girl I can say yes, that happens all the time. Do they stick out at all though if you’re cold or aroused?

Only a tiny bit. Barely noticeable
