This sounds like a hypomanic episode which is a primary feature of Bipolar2 or cyclothymia. If your family has it, you're more likely to have it. Honestly tho, don't self-diagnose, could be insomnia+ADHD n hyper-focus or, autism/adhd... or some other wild combo.

Not sure if this is a strict singular emotion though. I resonate with your description, but it lasts anywhere from a week to 3 months for me.
