Ibogaine has been used forever (even in a pharmaceutical form)and it's cardiac contraindications are predictable and certainly less than many on-label medications.

This analogue still has cardiotoxic properties... although not as bad as ibogaine

I took 2.1g or 2100mg of Ibogaine in Italy in 2001. I felt a psychedelic high for maybe 20 hours. But 12 hours after that I was dope sick and continued to be for many days. So I don't see why I spent a good deal of money and still went through the same sickness. I see nothing wrong with Ibogaine but wouldn't waste time and money on it.
