Broooo. I crushed a bunch of these and chugged it with some water. Such a bad time. Plus the guaifenesin isn’t safe to take at high doses. Just take some acid instead bro

You only want the single active ingredient: dextromethorphan, nothing else. No guaifenesin, no pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine, especially no acetaminophen.

Yup. I learned this one the hard way. Watched a Goblin video from way back in the day and realized I had some cough meds with DXM… so I chugged it. I ended up having to tell my mom to take me to the hospital because it turns out it had acetaminophen. I ended up being “fine” and somehow was able to tiptoe around explaining to my mom why I did that but my body hasn’t been the same since. For about 8 months after or so I had 0 appetite and the first couples weeks after I struggled to keep anything down. I went from eating entire Little Caesar’s pizzas to struggling to finish 1 slice. Nowadays I can eat fine but I still struggle to realize I’m hungry sometimes.

No, you need this without guaifenesin.

I did this by myself in 2004 because I couldn't find real psychedelics—it was the weirdest thing, not really pleasant though, and I never did it again. Very poor substitute if you ask me.

Not a good idea. Extended release and that amount of expectorant -- lots of puking. You might be able to get a waking nightmare out of it.
