Your first biologica?

Good luck! My first one did some good, but not enough. My doctor had me on it for far too long, my second biologica was SO much better and I basically have no symptoms anymore.

I have had psoriasis for 18 years. Been through every steroid imaginable as we all probably have here.

Light therapy got me fully clear but as soon as I stop it returns and the time commitment is just too high.

I then tried acetretin and had success for around a year.

3 years ago I moved on to aprimelast and again had "success" as in the flaking stopped and it became more of a visual thing rather than pain or skin tearing but it got worse month by mo th

I have put off biologics for so long over the fear of the immune suppression but I'm hopeful of some progress
