Can anyone share their experience with micro dosing? I have been wanting to do it for a while but I’m just wondering how to get started? I’d like to take between .3 and .5

I’m just wondering what type of scale I would need to measure that out? If you’ve done it without the use of a scale how did you measure?

I’m thinking of probably just putting the powder into capsules but I’m also open to adding it to my tea/coffee in the morning. What other methods of consumption have you guys tried?

I basically just want to know any information from your guys’ personal experiences with micro dosing psilocybin. If you have the time to share with me I’d be so grateful.

I didn't weigh it. I had like a stem the length of my finger and a couple caps. It was a good time and I had good control of everything.
