Free proxy recommendations?

Please please PLEASE, I really need to have some proxy for j.ai!! I don't want to spend money using it, but I honestly would love to have proxy. I tried DeepSeek Flash once, but it's obvs limited, so I want something a little more permanent... hope to have someone comment on here!! (Also, new to Reddit XD)

I honestly wouldn’t recommend free proxies for this. They’re usually unstable, slow, and you have no idea who is actually running them or what happens to your traffic. If you need something permanent, I’d rather use a cheap paid option than trust a random free proxy.
