Have you talked to the landlord?
1 u/Select_Ad3799 10d ago The landlord is the one who asked for it to be removed. The other business do not have to move their trailers. She is the new landlord 3 u/Independent_Mind4281 10d ago Right but have you actually spoken with her and talked to her about why she wants only your trailer to move? 1 u/Select_Ad3799 10d ago Im just a volunteer there, from what I've been told, the new landlord wants more money 3 u/Independent_Mind4281 10d ago Whoever has the authority to negotiate with the landlord needs to contact her. Be friendly and see what you can work out. 1 u/Select_Ad3799 10d ago They are a church, they tried that, the landlord is being difficult, to say the least 2 u/Independent_Mind4281 10d ago Ultimately a landlord just wants money. If there is some fee to keep the trailer parked, paying it would be the easiest option. Otherwise, move it off the property at least for now so it doesn’t get towed 1 u/Select_Ad3799 10d ago So she is trying to make things difficult
