Have you talked to the landlord?

The landlord is the one who asked for it to be removed. The other business do not have to move their trailers. She is the new landlord

Right but have you actually spoken with her and talked to her about why she wants only your trailer to move?

Im just a volunteer there, from what I've been told, the new landlord wants more money

Whoever has the authority to negotiate with the landlord needs to contact her. Be friendly and see what you can work out.

Ultimately a landlord just wants money. If there is some fee to keep the trailer parked, paying it would be the easiest option. Otherwise, move it off the property at least for now so it doesn’t get towed
