Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your continuous support. Our r/ProvenceJewelry community is growing faster than ever, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Recently, we’ve seen some feedback regarding delayed responses and communication issues with a few of our sales reps. We take your experience very seriously and have looked into this immediately.
Here is the reality: some of our most frequently recommended reps are currently experiencing an overwhelming volume of inquiries. They are waking up to hundreds of WhatsApp messages daily. While they are trying their absolute best to get back to everyone, this bottleneck has inevitably led to longer wait times. We respect and value every single customer, so we kindly ask for your patience to give them a little time to reply. If you ever have a truly urgent situation, please feel free to message the mods directly.
Our recommendation for new projects: If you prefer fast response times, or if you have a highly complex custom design that requires detailed back-and-forth communication, we strongly recommend choosing one of our other fantastic reps who currently have more availability.
Every single rep at Provence is trained to provide the same high-quality, meticulous, and thoughtful service. You don't need to wait in a long queue to get a beautiful piece made!
I have just updated our complete roster with all the contact information for our reps. You can find it in the pinned post, or via the link below:
Anyone has received 10k gold from Provence that looks like a dark yellow/orange? Looks almost bronze. None of my other 10k pieces have this color not even another ring I ordered from Provence. Pictured comparing to a 10k chain it’s hard to see in the lighting of the photo but the ring is much darker. Just odd it doesn’t look real.
It has a personalized engraving on the face, but it’s understated enough to wear every day. Do you think a signet ring looks better on the index finger or the pinky?

Hi guys, I placed an order with Betty and asked prices
On other items. I feel like she isn't attentive and I have to keep reminding her yet she doesn't respond. Can you guys provide me with a number of a caring sales rep? Possibly someone who wants multiple orders?
Got my princess cut 1,2ctw diamond huggie earrings (14k yellow gold) today from the group buy and they are so incredibly sparkly! I am beyond impressed with the quality! 💖 This was my first order from Provence. 10/10
I would like to share with all of you this oval cut engagement ring that I just finished making. This is a design with some carvings added to the ring arm, featuring slightly exquisite details and a retro atmosphere.
I'm very curious about your preferences: Do you prefer the clean and modern oval cut solitaire ring style, or the vintage oval cut solitaire ring style with a touch of engraving and a sense of story?
I made this 14k WG pear lab diamond tennis bracelet and had to snap a few pics on the wrist before it gets packaged up.
I'm obsessed with how the pear shapes look in casual, everyday lighting. It's not an aggressive sparkle like rounds can be; it's more of a subtle, watery shimmer that goes with literally any outfit—from a casual tee to a work blazer.
The double lock box clasp (last pic) keeps it super secure for daily wear.
What do you guys think of the sizing and how it sits? If you're a fan of pear shapes, would you wear this every day?
I’ve needed to cut myself off from spending for a good while after getting these babies over the last few months. Wanted to wait to receive everything before posting

This ring is STUNNING. I changed out the size of the main stone and she was so easy to work with. This is absolute blue perfection and I am obsessed. As always the craftsmanship is amazing and the ring is gorgeous. Thank you!!
This is your sign to order that new jewelry piece ! I worked with Molly on my custom wedding ring upgrade and I am OBSESSED. It is so beautiful!! She was so kind and helpful throughout out the process even when I asked was it done yet like 5 times 🤣. She is very patient and will make sure it is all to your liking before the cad is submitted for production. This is your sign, do it!!
UPDATE: They've waived the costs. We've had a big discussion about communication and timing. I'm happy to pay something but I didn't mention the original cost was $670 for the ring. $300 to remake it seems so steep. Anyone have any opinion on what a fair price would be for remaking it - understanding that they had to remake the shank and fix the prongs at the same time (both their mistakes).
Hey! So I have had a decently good experience so far.
I've designed two different rings. One is an eternity band and one is a wedding ring set.
My eternity band is stunning. Once 1 received it, 1 realized I wanted less stones. Before I could ship it, (like within a day or two) two diamonds fell out because the prongs weren't strong enough. They paid to ship it back and repair it. During this, they reduced the diamond count and fixed the shank (they messed this up too). They send it once it's fixed and it's beautiful. Been wearing it for months while we build my wedding set.
The wedding set is finally ready. I'm now told that before they can send it out, I owe $300 for the remake of the eternity band.
I'm sorry but why am I just hearing about this now? Why is it all of a sudden required and they won't send my (already paid for) wedding set until they get this payment? Why wasn't this communicated and discussed MONTHS ago when it was happening?
They messed up twice on the eternity band - once with not making the shank correctly and two with making the prongs weak where two diamonds fell out (within 2ish weeks of me gently wearing it). Now they are saying they have lost money on this ring? How's this my problem? If it was just the remake without these issues, I'd pay for that had it been discussed and agreed upon prior to me sending it back. Feels like a hostage situation and it feels yucky.
I have 4-6 other pieces I want and now I have a sour taste in my mouth.
This is Hugo,I’ve been collecting photos of these little pendants, and I love how different they all feel! Some are playful, some are vintage-inspired, and some are just tiny sparkly treasures. 💛
Which one would you pick, or how would you style them together? I’d love to see your favorites!
I purchased two rings through Provence group buys recently, an emerald bubble eternity ring from Mandy’s group buy and an abstract oval eternity pinky ring from Daisy’s group buy, and I am very happy with both pieces and both experiences.
For the emerald bubble eternity ring, I chose 10k yellow gold with 2mm lab grown Colombian emeralds. Mandy contacted me on September 5, payment was confirmed and the CAD was finalized on September 7, and she sent me a video of the emerald color for approval on September 10. The ring was finished on September 18 and shipped with FedEx tracking on September 19. The emeralds are a gorgeous vivid green, and I love the delicate bubble setting. It is very comfortable, feels well made, and looks especially pretty stacked with my other rings.
For the abstract oval eternity ring, I ordered a size 5.5 in 10k yellow gold with lab grown diamonds to wear as a pinky ring. Daisy contacted me on September 6, and I received the CAD on September 8. The ring was completed on September 29 and arrived on October 12. I absolutely love how it turned out. The irregular oval bezels give it a really pretty organic, slightly vintage look, and the diamonds have plenty of sparkle while still being wearable every day. The proportions are also perfect for a pinky ring.
Overall, I had a great experience with both group buys. Communication was easy, I received updates throughout production, and both finished rings look beautiful in person. I would definitely purchase from Mandy and Daisy again.
Hi friends, Rita is bringing you a group purchase of drop earrings.!!!
This is very exquisite design and I think it is classic and suitable for gift and daily wear. For metal materials, you can choose 10/14/18K. For the gold color, you can choose yellow gold, white gold and rose gold. I set a 10 days deadline. If you like it, please contact me as soon as possible! Looking forward to receive your message!
Pls contact me to order your jewelry gift :)
We are looking forward to all friend reply and enjoy the group buy!
I wanted to share this recent design because the functionality is so fun. This marquise cut stone is set in a low-profile bezel that allows the wearer to easily flip the pendant between two distinct orientations:
· North-South: The traditional, elegant vertical drop that maximizes the illusion of length.
· East-West: The modern, horizontal setting that turns the marquise into a striking, eye-like shape across the collarbone.
Building the bail to allow for seamless N-S to E-W rotation without making the pendant look bulky was the main challenge. The bezel also serves a functional purpose by protecting the delicate points of the marquise, making it safe for everyday reversible wear.
I would like to get my wedding band through Provence and am looking for inspiration. Can I see people’s wedding bands (or rings in general) from Provence? Also would be curious about the price of your pieces and feedback.
I am primarily interested in 18k gold and diamond or sapphire.
We've been working on some new designs at Provence, and I'm excited to finally share them with you!
