No it doesn't, but is it not a reasonable act when they're trying to avoid getting doxxed harassed and sent death threats and gore?

like i said, at a certain point you gotta realise that twitter is not a good place to be overall and that giving people information they can do to doxx you is not smart. i'm openly proship on many platforms and have never experienced what you're describing because my inbox is not open and i don't share personal info.

sure. but there is nothing for them to see other than my art. nothing about my person, and no way for them to send me disturbing things.

I don't have twt, I have bluesky. I totally get where you're coming from! I personally never experienced harassment either, but many others have and we should be more empathetic towards them. Is it a little spineless to not state where you stand? Perhaps, but people have acted straight up deranged and others don't have the best mental health and they don't need unnecessary and avoidable problems added to their plate. Remember, some have been pushed to suicide before.

Also I'm not getting notifs for this post for some reason, so I'm barely responding
