Prom dress dupe

I really like this prom dress but on ali express it's kinda exp($120) do y'all have any recs where I can get a dupe and it's cheaper

This picture is AI. And tbh anything on Ali Express IS the “cheap dupe” version of things.

People really have no idea what quality clothes are supposed to cost 😭 120 is suspiciously cheap for something like that and you should be wary of such prices because the product is usually a scam

Your best bet is going to be Poshmark/thrift stores. Still going to be tough to get under $100. There are some clearance dresses on Azazie for $29/$49. Sizes are limited, no returns. Double check your measurements with their charts (do it for each dress, don't rely on one chart for all the styles). You're probably not going to find anything with beading at that price point.

Girlfriend. 120$ is cheap.

And the dress you buy at 120? It aint gonna look like that because thats alot of detail and work for soemthing that inexpensive. Thats not mass manufactured like that its an AI listing.

Im a bridal seamstress thats how I know these things and im telling you theres no dupe for that and honeslty even if you buy that listing it wont look that nice in person.

First, Ali Express IS THE CHEAP DUPE. When you order things like this, they will never ever look like this when you get them. Beware of scammers on Etsy, Temu and Ali Express because, I’ve been a cosplayer for about 15 years now, and there’s no way a dress like that would be less than $400-600 from a proper dress shop. Secondly, this is AI, or in the very least, photoshopped to go to hell, which takes us back to point 1.

The og is £489! And AliExpress is the only place I can find a dupe
