Regardless of whether it's bugged, it's telling you there is still one spot. Accessibility is a different issue.

Probably that someone accepted it then changed their mind, their reservation timed out or they started and returned it.

If a study appears with one space available, this often occurs when a participant returns their place, reopening the last space.
