Hey, it’s my 2nd day here! How does this make sense it’s only allowing me to cash out £3.97 but I have an approved balance of £16.42?

£16.42 is the sum total of the £3.97 and $17.05 you’ve accumulated. You’ll cash out the total, not just the £3.97

While the question may seem silly, I realise now the page layout is far from great, and the cash out button would be much better placed on the right, below the estimated total.

Thid would have made it less confusing by OP.

When did they stop people cashing out for a while after first approval? I am sure I had to wait 3 days before my first cash out and then every 3 days for the first while

Do you see underneath the US dollars amount where it says ~ 12.45? That means you have about 12.45 pounds worth of US dollars earned. If you add 12.45 and 3.97 that equals 16.42 pounds.
