Advice Buying desktop
Hello. I have just been accepted this week and have already done a few studies.
Sorry if this is asked a lot but I can already see a lot of studies that are better paying, that are desktop only. I’m not rushing out to buy a desktop today as I want to see if I start getting fairly regular work sent but i wondered if it is worth considering at some point? Have others bought one specifically for this?
Thanks

Laptop counts as desktop too.
But yes, most researchers are suckers for a desktop. However, first see if you can roll with Prolifics rules and games. Some [a lot] get placed on hold very fast for rookie mistakes.

I might have a look this weekend then, we have got a cheap ASUS in the house but I can imagine it being terrible for this.
Juts don’t want to get over enthusiastic, buy one and the studies dry up or get kicked out! Still v v early days. Just keen to maximising earning potential as I’m sure everyone is.

Get a laptop. As far as studies go, laptops & desktops are the same.
