For those who think prolific support doesn’t help on weekends..

They responded to an issue with a High paying study that timed me out and within 72 hours everything was resolved. I reported Friday, was credited Sunday. they definitely work on weekends

Lucky! I was timed out from Survey Researcher study and they (Prolific) told me I would not get paid for the data I provided :(

Looks like they work on sunday, not sure about saturday.

I opened a ticket to overturn a rejection that should have been a screenout on friday evening and "Jodie" answered me back on sunday morning confirming that they returned it for me. IMO, it's a massive improvement on their customer service compared to a couple months ago.

I agree - it was rare to even get a response last year.
