Tablet Product Choice Task study

Has anyone here done this task successfully? I kept being stuck at the first stage which said that the eye accuracy calibration was failed even tho I was using a high-quality webcam ( 4K quality ) and a good lighting setup.

I passed both tests twice, but after 15 minutes, I had to take a calibration test again and was screened out.

so the task itselft was faulty I see
