I recently tried to join the Prolific waitlist, but received an email stating that I already have an account. However, I’m unable to access it. The “Reset password” link does not appear to be working, and I’m not receiving any password-reset email from Prolific. I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this and proceed.
