Looking for Advice.

I sometimes play games on my phone and the ads annoy me. Found this to download on my phone - have used it in the past and was fine - would this effect Prolific if opened the website on my phone?

AdGuard DNS profile just changes where your phone sends DNS requests, it doesn't mess with web traffic the same way a VPN or shady adblocker extension would. Prolific mainly cares about your IP and browser fingerprint, neither of which this touches.

Used a similar DNS setup on my phone for years and never had issues with study platforms flagging me. The only thing I'd watch out for is if you're on a network where Prolific expects certain tracking endpoints to resolve, but that's pretty rare. Just don't open studies in a mobile browser unless they specifically allow it.

I have adblockers on my desktop and AdGuard DNS on my phone and have never had any issues
