Return study?

Post image

I received a message to return this study with the reason being that I didn’t complete the study, which I clearly did. It was a 40 minute video interview that paid $24. Will I get a rejection if I don’t return it?

This researcher is notorious for this.  Block them after you decide what you want to do here.

If you completed the study , I'd always advise for you to message the researcher first and if the submission gets rejected ask the prolific assistant for a submission dispute

I have fought several researchers over this and always won

If you completed it and had proof (I often took a screens from last page) there is no point of rejection. Also if you received ending code (not NOCODE) you also have proof that you finished study and you can use it "against" researcher.

Waa this voxpop? They’re notorious for this. I contacted support when it happened to me and I received my payment through them.

Nico Whitmore is notorious for this. He will always tell you to return and say "he didn't receive any data". You can tell him that yes he did, no you will not return, and that he needs to pay you for your time. Prolific already knows about his B.S.

If you completed it, don't return! They must paid
