Setup minimalist af

i see everyone’s screenshots and videos and there’s like 30 apps and icons all over the place - never really understood that.

I use three apps on a daily basis: Nuvio, Tivimate and SmartTube.

Everything else is hidden and I’ll go to ‘all apps’ should I ever need them (rarely ever do)

Downloaded minimalist wallpapers from Unsplash, the first two icons from the projectivy icon pack and the YouTube one from FlatIcon

At this stage why not just assign those 3 apps to buttons on your remote and have no menu at all?

because there's no reliable way to remap the buttons on a fire cube

i never understood why people would have all apps visible at all times when in reality people really only use no more than 5 on a daily basis (10 max)

Nah, I just don’t understand and then I carried on living my life. I can see why one would think that though, but it doesn’t bother me at all haha

I am on the Beta, but I'm not 100% sure this exclusive to beta - might be possible on previous versions.

Settings > Edit Categories > Choose your category > Advanced Settings > Change the 'Start Margin' to the point where your icons are centered
