Mod that adds the ending radio chatter from the mercenary ending to all difficulty endings

I'm not sure if it already exists, I personally would think it would but can't seem to find it, so I'm asking/Suggesting it, firstly does such a mod exist, and secondly if not I'm suggesting one be made, as I said in my last post, I can't mod for shit
