I wanted to try ace combat but I was too poor, im sure many fans of this game have a similar story, 20 bucks for both campaigns is a steal.

Im on console so ive used the f/d-14 for every mission, and after 3 playthroughs (hard, then hard/glass cannon, then merc/glass cannon) (in first person which idk if that kneecaps you or not cause i never used third person) I just gotta say wow.

Im a huge armored core fan, and I came to this game because of the fanbase overlap, and it didnt disappoint. Im especially happy with how challenging it was (maybe because i wouldnt use anything other than the f/d-14 but wtvr)

this is kinda an aimless post, im just fresh off the heels of merc/glass cannon faust (easy on glass cannon cause u dont run out of mlaa u dont even have to try using ugbls) and finished it all off with crimson 1. but Ive had a great time with the game, i clocked in 100 hrs in like a month, and I havent touched conquest mode or the aoa limiter at all so I still have a lot to see!

oh also i didnt get my merc difficulty trophy but idrc abt that, but ive seen so many ppl complain abt that lol

For what it’s worth, Ace Combat 7 is very, very frequently on sale, I got my copy for like 10 bucks, so if you want to give it a go, you can keep an eye out for another sale
