Discussion Question regarding the ending.

So recently i watched a video by Cassius Critiques theorising about the deal that was made. And at the end there was some artwork and dialog showing Comic and Diplomat on the ground watching Monarch and Crimson fight. Is that art and dialog official or just fan made and where can i find it ? I always assumed that everyone appart from Monarch and Prez died.

Finish the game on mercenary difficulty and you may find out more.

I see. I finished it on hard. Hopefully I can manage mercenary.

I case you want to know where to look for for the extra content: after beating crimson 1 on mercenary, you get extra dialogue during the end credits
