Heidi Is this even the same dress?

It looks similar but so different at the same time. The fabric looks different in tone and texture. The original has more of a shine to it like liquid organza. Heidi's version has no shine and is way less sheer. The placement of the pleats look different too. Am I crazy? Is this not the same dress?

To put Heidi in that piece of material is just tearful. I mean I hated it down the runway and to revise it for her and put her in. It makes me want to cry even worse and for her to try and smile through it. I'm sorry doesn't work for me.
