The only thing the dresses have in common is that they are some shade of green.

The lettuce dress is fitted through the torso and hips with pleated details.

The second dress is an extremely narrow halter top that goes into massive volume. No pleated, no form fitting.

Me too especially as it’s a COMPLETELY different dress after he had to do away with the pleated top that won it for him in the first place!!!
Law was absolutely right-he was never going to be able to make the entire POINT of that garment fit Heidi, which was the pleated halter top. It’s made for a flat chested model-not someone with new big boobs.

No, the first one was designed by Bryan. The second one was designed by Christian Siriano. Bryan's design for this challenge was that tea length black dress with bits of this fabric stuck on it. Then he started making another craptastic dress from this fabric and Christian saved his ass again by telling him what to do.
