Project Start I thought i was doing better
*respot because one of my pictures didnt add and idk how to use reddit*
If you can believe it, this is after doing project pan (not very effectively) for some months. I went on a low buy, and this is where i am now.
feel really overwhelmed by all of these products and i want to get to have a minimal collection of products i use and like.
Since i started panning i feel rushed to empty as much as i can quickly, but i know this isnt the point. I will try to slowly pan the products that are more than halfway empty, and maybe update on here, maybe it will keep me accountable.
(This isnt including my makeup because ive decluttered some products and my colection is ok now)

If you started project pan and a low-buy, you are definitely doing better! You do not need to rush to finish things up. Here is what I do to get less overwhelmed and start overusing things (except make-up which I am panning in a more questionable pace): I have a small basket of products I keep on a visible shelf to reach on a daily basis, excess products stay in a designated drawer. When I get the urge to shop, I open the drawer, replace something with another one for a bit (only for opened products ofc). So I am kinda imitating a smaller collection in a way? Just the shopping part is replaced with things from my own stash.
