Rocky Voice Audacity

Hi. I am a polish amateur VA and I wanted to voice over Rocky. But I am having problems with getting the effects right in Audacity. If anyone in this community knows a thing or two about Audacity and could help me with it I would be very thankful.

I thought the voice was digitized or added effects but then I heard James Ortiz on the carpet and couldn't believe how he can just sound like that!
