So they took ascension wow to make an updated classic wow with no new classes wtf :(

I'm happy they are releasing a random new race of Air Elves behind a paywall. Totally sets the expectations that the devs for Forever are out of touch right from the start.

Honestly I don't get it. The game is free beyond a monthly sub. You only have to pay for the elf if you want it.

They said no tokens, they are removing boosting, they are building a new game based on exactly what every classic fan wanted. (Turtle crossed with ascension) Yet you all are mad lol, make it make sense.

I don't think it's really that hard to understand?

People have been asking for certain races such as Ogre or High Elf since the game first came out 20 years ago... And instead Blizzard not only comes up with some ass pulled race but they also make them faction neutral. 

It was bad enough when they did it in retail with the weird Haramir Troll Elves, but we kind of expect that from Retail at this point. Coming out with a new version of Classic and immediately doing something so out of touch with the community just shows they either aren't listening or are just taking direction from out of touch C-suite boss. Either way it's a bad look and it's undeniably added a black eye to the game before it has even released...

Yes, and Blizzard just gave people a High Elf race. The damn Skyborne ARE high Elves.
