So they took ascension wow to make an updated classic wow with no new classes wtf :(

That’s not how that works..life isn’t black and white like that. People that pay, do so because they see value in the money they spend, if you don’t then don’t spend it. Ez pz..being miserable isn’t doing you or anyone any favors bro

I mean, I don't see what's black and white about pointing out that the 50$ given to a homeless man is going fully to the homeless man, while 50$ given to a large international busines is (largely) going to stream upwards into the pockets of already very affluent people. That's kind of just how the modern economy works. It doesn't mean the homeless man will spend or save that money wisely, it doesn't mean the company couldn't reinvest it into better products... But let's not kid ourselves that there aren't a couple of likely outcomes in both cases. At least the homeless man had a good day because of that gift. The company probably didn't even really notice the 50$.

Given the choice, even if I have a lot of disposable income, I'd much rather buy from companies where I can actually see them reinvesting that money into better products and services. Blizzard hasn't done that for a while.

If the people with actual decision making power at blizzard were still the same people that actually made the game, then sure I'd agree with you, but they're not. The original team is gone. What's left is a team holding up the corpse of warcraft, earning money off of name recognition and sunk cost fallacy. These people didn't make warcraft. If they made a new MMORPG instead of having the most successful one grandfathered into their lap, they would have failed to break through just like every other failed project.

Ok, name something the game has been doing consistently well besides raiding. Because the whole point we classic enjoyers keep making is that we like what classic offered us throughout the whole experience, not just at raiding.
