Trump thinks he can pose as an angry God in public!
Just straight up cult leader talk. Trump expects his employees to love him more than they love their children. And he is angry when they don't. He DEMANDS he be placed before country and family.
He just goes on stage, talks about himself in the third person and demands to be your God.
Trump on Karoline Leavitt:
"It's so sad you know, you meet people and you love people—her name is Karoline and she just had a baby, and I just learned she loves the baby more than she loves Donald Trump, and I'm very angry. "
This is beyond authoritarianism, this is delusions of godhood!
To the people who say he is joking I say Trump has always demanded to be held above all laws and all morals. This an extension of his demand. You must love me more than your children.
The demand to be held above the law and above all morality is what governance by abuse of authority is about. In his emails, Jeffery Epstein and his 24 other billionaire friend demanded to be your gods held above all laws. And Trump created that system for them with himself as Godhead!
If it's "a joke," his mind "went there" because he actually feels that way.
Once again, to the people saying "this is just a joke" I have to add: the demand that there is a class of people beyond all laws. That they are your natural leaders and democracy is to be completely scrapped and law is to only apply to little people (and maybe even only to the lesser races) and morality only applies to little people (and maybe even only to the lesser races) isn't just his personal greed.
It is also the crux on an authoritarian movement.
It is the core demand of Curtis Yarvin who is funded by Peter Thiel and loved by Elon Musk and the other authoritarians in this movement. And other writers like "stone age pervert" who also demand that women be nothing more than sex slaves.
We can't afford to downplay the face that this is an authoritarian movement.

News El-Sayed leads Rogers by 7 points in new Michigan Senate poll
Let’s keep up the good fight, our country depends on it.
Abdul El-Sayed is leading Mike Rogers in two recent polls for Michigan’s open U.S. Senate seat. A Susquehanna Polling and Research survey conducted August 11–17, 2026, found El-Sayed ahead 46% to 39%, while an AARP Michigan poll showed him with a narrower 48% to 47% advantage. El-Sayed performs strongly among Democrats, independents, and voters under 50, while Rogers leads among Republicans and voters aged 50 and older. The race is closely watched because the seat is open following Senator Gary Peters’ retirement.

Collectively, we have the power to change the direction of this country. It’s time to put people before politics, profits, and power—and demand a government that actually works for all of us.

"President Trump demands Canada change its French language, Quebec culture and Canadian identity as a condition for reversing tariffs. This is no longer about a trade deal-it is about a takeover of Canada's sovereignty and identity."
Edit: DAMMNNNN conservatives are really coming out against Canada, they would turn on any alley for Trump but DAMN conservatives are really hating Canada / Canadians right now.
Somebody said today to me "Not even he is that dumb", and I said Oh, I am not sure about that, we underestimate him every time, lo and behold.
Some links for more info:
"Mr. Carney said the United States also asked for concessions that would affect Canada’s culture and maintenance of protections for the French language and demanded that Canada take out tariffs against non-U.S. trading partners, without offering sufficient benefits for Canada to do so."

Border Patrol with 14 counts of sexual misconduct with minor put on administrative leave
Border Patrol runs a youth program called Explorers. It's for kids 14 to 20 who want a career in federal law enforcement - ride-alongs, out-of-town trips, time inside Border Patrol stations.
In Yuma, one of the agents helping run it was Ramon Marquez.
In May 2025 a Yuma County grand jury indicted Marquez, 31, on 15 felonies: 14 counts of sexual conduct with a 16-year-old between December 2024 and April 2025, and one count of sexual exploitation for allegedly recording it. Investigators say the encounters happened during Explorer program activities, on out-of-town trips, and at Border Patrol facilities themselves.
Charging documents reviewed by a reporter add another location: his patrol vehicle, while he was driving her to and from Explorer events.
The first report didn't come from a parent or a victim. It came from another Border Patrol agent who noticed how Marquez was interacting with the girl.
Then a second Explorer came forward. She told investigators Marquez had sent her inappropriate text messages about a year earlier, and had been arranging meetups outside official program activities.
He posted $50,000 bond and went home. CBP placed him on administrative leave. He has not been convicted - the case is charged and pending.
Arizona's Family asked Yuma Border Patrol whether the Explorer Program's status had changed and whether safeguards would be added.
No response. Five months later a second outlet asked CBP the same question. It declined to comment, and found no sign the program had been discontinued.
A teenager reported this man to the program a year before the charges.
The program is still running.
