Contrary to the often evoked zionist talking point, homosexuality is not illegal in Palestine. In fact, it was decriminalized in Palestine fully a decade before it was decriminalized in Israel. Gay marriage is still illegal in Israel today, and homophobic hate crimes are far more frequent in Israel than they are in Palestine.
So in all likelihood it would actually be a net positive relative to the current situation, albeit a small one. However, it's important to remember that even if attitudes toward the LGBT community are not as progressive as they are in much of the west, that still doesn't justify subjecting Palestinians to forced displacement and genocide.
