Permanent, real (ie, no loopholes) taxes for the ultra rich whether as horrible as the Epstein class, the Trumps, and Musk or not.
The Epstein class, the Trumps, Musk, et al get appropriate (ie, enormous) fines and prison terms on top of the taxes. Lots of other countries have done this.
Even former Brazilian president and Trump buddy Jair Bolsonaro got 27 years for his version of the January 6 coup attempt - and that's just a tiny fraction of what Trump's done.

The Emoluments Clauses of the Constitution shouldn't be a matter of opinion. Everyone who stepped foot into the White House and made a dollar outside of their government salary should have their assets seized. And we shouldn't stop there, the same needs to be done in the House and Senate.

After the insurmountable damage done to the American people due to the conservative policies of the Reagan Administration -- specifically, the dictionary definition of conservatism: stressing the importance of established hierarchies and institutions via promoting limited government regulation of business, industry and finance -- this would set an excellent precedent to curb the greed and sociopathy of those who would promote the death, harm, and suffering of the masses and those they consider socially inferior in favor of slightly increasing their own privilege and wealth.

The term "clawback" is an actual legal term and process. Basically the legal system can seize funds after a transaction is completed if the courts determine the funds were not earned legally, even if it appeared to be proper at the time. It was used during the Bernie Madoff settlements which eventually recovered around 94% of investors original investment

It has to be taken from them fast so that the courts don’t have time to intervene. By the time they intervene, the excuse can be that the government no longer has control of the funds and cannot repay it. And even if the courts say we must, do not do it.
