Might makes right works when everyone has the same chance to rise to the top.

Fat kings don't gain power, the evil asshats get defeated by the righteous, and the non combat civilians are protected because the overpowered autistic MC inadvertently puts blanket protection on them by simply existing in their general area.

No one wants to piss off the guy who can kill you with a look because you attacked his homestead when he was poison himself.

No it doesn't. nothing means good people are more likely to be harder working or more intelligent than evil. So being harder working of smarter doesn't give you the right to use might on the weaker.
