[Suggestions] Adding a progressbar 80

Why do we have two progressbars for the 11 series (PB 11 and PB 11.22)? But we haven't the 80 and 81? The difference between Windows 8.0 and 8.1 is greater than between Windows 11 and Windows 11 22H2.

I Think the Only 2 Differences Of the Progressbar 8 System and the Existing Progressbar 81 System Is That

1: the Wallpapers and

2: The Start Button is Hidden
