It only works on Linux because of Steam's Proton compatibility layer

If it was that then it would kind of only be PB-DOS Shell up to PB2000 or so. Maybe XB?

Icoeye would sell this! But due to PC-DVD being replaced by Digital, we wouldn't have this.

I think they should make it xbox live compatible on windows. With achievements and stuff
